Backing Plate, BB Ford 429 / 460

This plate is often used when converting to an electric pump. Many of our pump designs are not able to completely enclose the original water chamber in the cast aluminum timing covers such as are found in the big block Ford application. Use this back plate to seal up the timing cover and successfully complete your water pump installation.
