Solid State Relay, 12V

The Solenoid on TS400 and TS500 series Meziere starters require 40 Amp supply for activation. A relay is recommended since most starter switches can not handle the required current. The solid state relays use is not only supplying power, but also preventing false engagement that can occur on mechanical relays with sudden acceleration.
